How do I get started?

So you're ready to start Scouting! To sign-up head over to scoutdrop.com/signup to create an account. Once your account is created, you'll be able to choose your subscription package. You'll be foot canvassing in no time!

Is there a free version available?

While there is no ongoing free version of Scoutdrop, we do offer a no obligation 14-day trial.

How long does the trial period last?

Our trial period is 14-days. That will give you enough time to tour the app, import some contacts and give it a spin. If your trial runs out before you've had a chance to use it, please contact support@scoutdrop.com.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

Absolutely not.

How much does Scoutdrop cost?

We have 2 different subscription billing cycles, Monthly ($29.99/month) or Annual ($329.99/year). Head over to scoutdrop.com/pricing and check them out to decide which is best for you.

Can I pay for Scoutdrop annually?

Yes. In fact, our annual subscribers get a discount.

Do you offer discounted plans?

On top of our 14-day free trial, our annual subscribers enjoy a free month discount.

Can I change my plan?

Sure can! If you'd like to change your plan just head to the Billing section of the Settings page.

Does it work with Apple CarPlay / Android Auto?

Yes! And no. Scoutdrop has integration with Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze. All of which are compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. We are working on native Scoutdrop compatibility very soon.

What differentiates you from other mapping tools?

We are a foot canvassing tool made by sales pros, for sales pros. Scoutdrop was built to be The Best App for Territory Mapping, Foot Canvassing, & Routes and nothing more. We aren't also trying to be a CRM, or multi-touch marketing tool. This allows us to keep costs down while focusing all of our energy on being the best at what we do.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

If you are unsatisfied with Scoutdrop for any reason, feel free to cancel your subscription at any time. You can do so by going to the Billing section of the Settings tab. Please know that we do not issue refunds once a billing cycle has begun, either Monthly or Annual.

Is there a limit on how many accounts I can import?

Scoutdrop allows for an import of 500 targets at a time.

Can I integrate with my CRM?

At this time we are actively building integrations on an as-needed basis. If you're interested in an integration with your CRM please contact support@scoutdrop.com.

Is there a Scoutdrop Teams option available?

Scoutdrop is currently available for individual account with Scoutdrop Teams planned to roll out sometime after. Teams will include an admin dashboard and "seat" based management complete with analytics and reporting. Can I sign up from the app?

Sure can. You can sign up and select your subscription from inside the mobile app, though you'll still need to set up your maps from inside the web application.
